Will you respond to requests for confirmation of faxed information?

Due to high numbers of applications, we are not able to confirm the receipt of faxed information over the phone or by email. Please keep a copy of your fax transmittal as proof that your application was sent successfully. 

If you are attempting to fax information in the weeks before the March 31 deadline and our fax lines are busy, you many either scan, email, or send your application in the mail postdated no later than March 31. Applications postmarked after March 31 will not be accepted.
