Allied Health Professional Development Fund

Purpose 

The government of Ontario recognizes and values the important contributions made by allied health professionals to the health care  system. The Allied Health  Professional Development Fund (AHPDF) is a HealthForceOntario (HFO) initiative designed to ensure that the people of Ontario have access to the right number and mix of health care professionals, now and in the future.

The 2014/2015 application form has now been posted. We are now accepting applications for professional development activities completed between April 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015. 

Applicants are advised that, due to the delay in posting the 2014/2015 application form, the 90-day deadline for submission of applications will not be enforced until September 1, 2014.

Due to a high volume of submissions, we are unable to confirm the receipt of applications sent by fax, mail or e-mail. The applicant will be notified of the application's status within 8 weeks of the date of receipt.
