Can I apply more than once?

Yes, you may submit multiple applications in the same funding cycle. However, you cannot submit an application for reimbursement funding for an entire program using one application form. You must submit a separate application for each course or unit. Your first application will be given priority. Subsequent applications made in the same funding cycle will be held until the end of the fiscal year (March 31) and may be considered should funding be available.
